Gabions are great around creeks and waterways. They are permeable and free draining, which prevents water from pushing the wall over. Minimal excavation is needed in most cases making Gabion walls an affordable option. Gabion walls have a natural appearance since baskets are filled with different types of rock materials.
Masonry Walls with natural stone wall offer the most “natural look”. These walls have less backfill than other options, making them a good choice for environments with less room behind the wall.
Segmental Retaining Walls are a good choice when unstable soils are present and/or excessive water drainage is needed behind the wall. It offers less hydrostatic pressure than other types of walls.
The flexibility of Weston Stone™ by Belgard is unmatched. With the look of natural tumbled stone, this double-sided wall is ideal for garden walls, pillars, outdoor kitchens, planters and fire features. This material is also available in an un-tumbled finish.
